It is up to you but we are a specific insurer who specialise in coverage for mobile and portable devices. If your product has been changed over with a different brand or size, you will need to contact us to cancel your DevicEnsure policy. We will refund you the unexpired portion of your premium on a pro-rata basis, less any applicable taxes, fees and other charges.
If you cancel your DevicEnsure policy within 21 days of purchasing it, we will provide you with a full refund of your premium. If you cancel your policy after 21 days, we will refund an amount calculated for the unexpired portion of your premium on a pro-rata basis, less any applicable taxes, fees and other charges.
